Washi means Japanese paper, which is stronger and more durable than most ordinary paper. Because of its durability, washi paper works great for many artistic applications. In this fun class, students will learn to measure, cut, and fit washi paper to fit egg-shaped gourds. These beautiful gourds are perfect for Easter decorations or to have on display in your home year-round. All supplies will be provided. You'll have an opportunity to take home two eggs if time permits.
